These terms apply to orders placed with Baya Store for Paints & Decorations online, on WhatsApp or in our branches.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes. Stock and prices are confirmed by our team when we confirm your order. Large project quantities are confirmed with you directly.
Payment
You can pay cash on delivery, or by InstaPay or mobile wallet transfer. For transfers, our team sends the details on WhatsApp and the order is confirmed once the transfer arrives. Paints are paid in full. Flooring and doors need a 20% deposit before delivery, and the balance is paid to our installation team.
Delivery and installation
We deliver to the address given at checkout across Greater Cairo. For flooring and doors, our installation team contacts you after confirmation to book the installation.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a 100% refund. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Returns and refunds
100% refund before delivery. After delivery, only the delivery fee is deducted. Paints are refunded 100%. Flooring and doors must be returned unused in their original packs.
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange an inspection and a fix.
