Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
Cash, InstaPay or mobile wallet. Paints are paid in full when you order. Flooring and doors need a 20% deposit to confirm the order, with the balance due on delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Greater Cairo. Send us your area on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm the delivery fee and time.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel before delivery you get a 100% refund. After delivery, we refund the order minus the delivery fee.
Do you offer a site visit?
Yes, the site visit is free. Our team measures the space and recommends the right products and quantities.
How much paint do I need?
Use our paint calculator for a quick estimate, or send us your room sizes on WhatsApp. Most wall paints need 2 coats.
Why don’t some products show a price?
Flooring and door prices depend on size, finish and quantity. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you a quote.
When are you open?
Every day from 10 am to 10 pm, at all 3 of our branches.

إزاي أدفع؟
كاش أو إنستاباي أو محفظة إلكترونية. الدهانات بتتدفع كاملة مع الطلب. الأرضيات والأبواب محتاجة مقدم 20% لتأكيد الطلب، والباقي عند الاستلام.
بتوصلوا فين؟
بنوصل لكل القاهرة الكبرى. ابعتلنا منطقتك على واتساب وهنأكد لك مصاريف وميعاد التوصيل.
أقدر ألغي الطلب أو أسترد فلوسي؟
أيوه. لو لغيت قبل التوصيل بتسترد 100% من المبلغ. بعد التوصيل بنرجع المبلغ بعد خصم مصاريف التوصيل.
عندكم معاينة؟
أيوه، المعاينة مجانية. فريقنا بيقيس المكان ويرشحلك المنتجات والكميات المناسبة.
محتاج كام لتر دهان؟
استخدم حاسبة الدهانات لتقدير سريع، أو ابعتلنا مقاسات الغرف على واتساب. أغلب دهانات الحوائط محتاجة طبقتين.
ليه بعض المنتجات مش ظاهر سعرها؟
أسعار الأرضيات والأبواب بتختلف حسب المقاس والتشطيب والكمية. كلمنا على واتساب وهنبعتلك عرض سعر.

يومياً من 10 الصبح لـ 10 بالليل في فروعنا الـ 3.
